ABOUT ME
I don't just build features. I turn business problems into working products.
I'm a Senior Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience building fintech platforms, SaaS products, enterprise systems, and production web applications across Myanmar, Singapore, and Thailand.
Beyond working within engineering teams, I've independently delivered commercial software for real businesses — owning the entire journey from client discussions, requirement discovery, business-flow analysis, project planning, and system design to development, deployment, infrastructure, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
One of my most meaningful projects started with almost no formal requirements — just a manually prepared customer invoice. I studied the client's existing process, translated it into system requirements and workflows, built the complete logistics application from scratch, and took it to production. The system has now been supporting their internal operations for over a year.
Today, I'm expanding that product-building experience into AI Engineering, with a focus on Agentic AI, LLM applications, tool calling, RAG, and full-stack AI systems. I enjoy exploring how AI can be applied to real products rather than treating it as a standalone technology.

Develop and maintain production fintech products including cryptocurrency trading platforms, admin portals, customer support systems, affiliate platforms, and embedded DApps. Drive frontend modernization initiatives, including migrations from Vue to React and TypeScript, while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams on architecture, integrations, and production delivery.

Built production systems including warehouse POS and logistics platforms, while also developing SaaS products, developer tools, and AI-powered applications.

Owned core Leave Management and Time Management modules for enterprise HRMS products, covering attendance, overtime, leave workflows, and related business processes. Led and supported developers while delivering new features, customer-specific requirements, system integrations, and production solutions for multinational, Singapore public-sector, and local enterprise clients.

Developed and maintained enterprise HRMS and POS applications while working across frontend, backend, database, and customer-specific implementations. Contributed to large-scale system and data migrations, production support, and the mentoring of junior developers.
